the horizons not straight on this one, maybe try a landscape shot and keep the tree off center.

and yr composition is a bit iffy what with those there benches? or whatever they are in the bottom of the photo

Horizon is tilted and the colours are a bit faded... Maybe a polarized filter would have been a nice help.

Portrait format is just not working and the crooked horizon kills it but that has already been mentioned.

The first rule in landscape photography ... "get the horizon straight". Most even basic photography programs offer a feature which helps to align and rotate an image.
